We have a common experience. The pressures you face, the deadlines, business cycles, unrealistic expectations, the culture.
During the retreat, you will spend time really getting to know other women in the appraisal profession. The women you meet will be with you on you journey as you make progress toward your goals. You'll be surrounded by a diverse, inspiring, and supportive community of fellow women appraisers who understand the challenges you face and are committed to helping you succeed.
